Try to do this over the phone it may not be super easy as I believe AT is a European company (I could be wrong) but that way, when you try to reinstall it on the other PC, if it works (and your old copy on your other PC still works) you can verify that and let them go if it doesnt, you can let them know you're still having issues. That's not a lie - if you really only have it installed on one PC, then they should be able to assume that you uninstalled it from the second. ![]() ![]() Seems simple enough - if you don't have it on two computers, you tell them 'ok, it's now only installed on one PC'.
